Signing up for any service provided by NetSinglesClub means that you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Member Agreement
This agreement lays out all the terms and conditions associated with becoming or being an active member of the NetSinglesClub service. A member is considered to be anyone who has signed up for our service using the NetSinglesClub website or one of our other membership processing services. In order to become or remain an authorized member, you must agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement. By completing the signup process of one of our services you are indicating that you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions associated with becoming an active member.

Right To Use
Your right to use our service is subject to any limitations, restrictions and conditions established by us at anytime. We may alter, change, suspend or terminate any aspect of the service at anytime. Advertising
You understand and give us NetSinglesClub full rights to use your images, text, or other media on our partners sites or in the marketing of our service. Note this does not include any media in your private folders.

Privacy And Use
You have read and agree to our privacy statement, you understand that we can not ensure security or the privacy of information and other media types you provide to us. You release us from all and any liabilities with the use of such information by anyone or any party; we are not responsible for how others may use your information posted on our service or any other information provided to another party through our service. We cannot assume any responsibility for the contents of media sent by others to you through our service, and you release us from any and all liabilities with the contents of any media you receive from other members. We cannot guarantee the legitimacy of information provided by other members. At anytime we may terminate, ban, edit, suspend, or change access settings to all or parts of the service with or without notice for any reason.

Proprietary Information
The service contains information which is proprietary to us and our partners and our members, we assert full copyright protection of the service. No Responsibility
You understand and accept that we are not responsible for the suspension of the service regardless of the cause of the interruption. Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the service which in this case is nothing.

Security
Your account is for your own private use only and shall not be used by anyone else whatsoever for any reason, your responsible for all usage and activity on your account including but not limited to any third party.

The service may have advertising and external links listed to other sites, you understand and accept that we are not responsible for and have no liabilities for those external links and advertisements.

Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NetSinglesClub and all, directors, owners, agents, providers, officers, affiliates and issuers from and against any and all liability and costs. Including without limitations to attorney fees, which we may suffer, from your activities on our service, with out limitation but including any breach by you of this agreement or complaints. You shall cooperate in full as responsibly required in the defense of any claim. NetSinglesClub reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter whatsoever subject to indemnification by you provided however that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

NetSinglesClub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any media contained with our service. Due to the number of sources media has been gathered. There maybe delays omissions, or in accuracies in such content, you understand that use of the service is at your own complete risk.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at anytime, without direct notice, changes maybe sent electronically but its up to you to review this document for any changes at any later date. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions in this agreement you are to terminate use of or service.
