Signing up for any service provided by NetSinglesClub means that you agree to our privacy statement and the way we collect information.

The following discloses on our information gathering process for the purpose of providing you with our service.

The information we collect is for the sole purpose of providing our service to our members, this policy describes the information we collect, how it will be used and what kind of security measures and features that have been put in place to keep your information as safe as possible while still providing our service in full. By accepting this privacy statement and our terms and conditions, you consent in full without hesitation to our use and disclosure of your personal information. This privacy policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the NetSinglesClub terms and conditions.

Information Collected
The information we collect when you sign up as a member to our service is for the purpose of providing you with a personalized service. We collect general contact information such as your Email, Address, City, and Gender along with some demographic information which is used to help you and other members better search through our system. We may share some of this information with our staff for our own in-house research which is used to improve on the features of our service; the information shared is limited to non identifying personal and demographic information. When you become a member some non identifying personal information must be collected such as your height, body type, hair color, eye color in order to create your public profile. Please note if you do decide to upload images or other interactive media types on your account as obviously this information may be used to personally identify you.

Who Will Have Access To Your Information And How Will It Be Used
We may use your information to send you new updates and new additions added to our service. We reserve the right to use your information at anytime to advice you about important updates. Your non personal identifying demographic information is used to personalize your experience using our service, and to help others better search for you. Your other non personal information is used to explain in detail your personal characteristics to help us find the best matches for you. The personally identifying information we collect from you is used for internet review and our enclosed records.

Changing Or Editing The Information Collected
All Information we collect from you is editable through your member account, if within 60 days you do not use our service we take the liberty to terminate and delete all the information collected on you. Note if we have decided to keep some of your information for marketing our service or partner sites your information will still be deleted on our system but may still be used for marketing.

Online Behavior Monitoring
We reserve the right at anytime if we feel it is necessary to moderate or monitor your online behavior. We also reserve the right to delete, remove, edit or cancel any part of the service if you do not follow our guidelines.

Security
The security of your personal information is one of our top priorities and biggest tasks; we have put in place a number of features and security checks to keep your information safe. No method of internet security is 100% secure so we can not guarantee that our service is absolutely secure.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at anytime, without direct notice, changes maybe sent electronically but its up to you to review this document for any changes at any later date. If you do not agree to any of the terms or conditions in this agreement you are to terminate use of or service.
